Teaching the use of dental floss during orthodontic treatment
The use of dental floss to clean surfaces between teeth and under the gums before brushing is essential. Orthodontic floss (Superflash) consists of three parts:
A few centimeter needles, a sponge-shaped section, and ultimately a dental floss. First, let the teeth flow through the needle-shaped head through the underside of the wire, then weld the sides of the floss around the fingers of the hands. Then, with the help of a sawing motion, we diagonally and slowly pass the teeth through the contact between the teeth.
Then with up and down gestures (be careful, the front and back are wrong). While the dental floss is sticking to the teeth, we clean it up under the gum. Ideally, you should use dental floss after breakfast and at night before bedtime.
